Refunds and Returns Policy
We love our customers and your satisfaction is very important to us. We will do everything we can to make you happy.
Your purchase of goods will be subject to certain laws including the Australian Consumer Law or the Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ). These consumer laws provide you with certain rights that cannot be excluded, including that the goods must be of acceptable quality, reasonably fit for the purpose that we represent they will be fit for, and that the goods will correspond with any relevant description. Nothing in these terms shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy implied by law (including the Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)) which cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at returns@slip.com.au for a replacement or refund.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind and wish to exchange an item or would like a refund, that's no problem. To be eligible for an exchange or a refund, the goods must be:
- unused;
- in the same condition you received them in; and
- in their original packaging.
Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If you request an exchange, you will also be responsible for any postage fees for sending the replacement item to you. Please make sure to use a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for missing incoming deliveries.
Gift Returns
Gifts purchased at slip.com are only eligible for store credit. Proof of purchase will be required. Customers are required to cover the return shipping costs.
Final Sale
Products marked FINAL SALE at the time of sale will not be eligible for return, refund, exchange or store credit unless faulty or defective. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (including but not limited to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and Consumer Guarantees Act (NZ)), which cannot be excluded or limited by law.
